the room was big (though not that clean), i think that time they were renovating. the pool was ok, when you;re looking for a budget hotel you can consider this. however, there are no other offers, such as Bfast or any meal and drinks. so we have to go out and buy or eat, good thing there are walking distance resto.

The hotel is relatively small, yet it has good sized rooms. We had a family room (2 double beds) with direct pool acess, and a double bed bedroom with direct pool acess. Rooms are ok clean, but in double bed bedroom we fund short black hairs on sheets, and mascara on pillow. Pool is ok, and a nice place to chill. It's narrow, but long. We got bottlewater each day, and they clean room each day. It's convinient there's a 7/11 next by. However, when we were checking out, they went over the room and would charge us from deposit for: 1 towel was dirty There was a stain on one sheet (small almost invisible pepsimax stain). I think that this is dirt that goes off in the washing mashine without any trouble, and it's should be considered normal use. So i'm actually wondering if they wash sheets and towels? hen hairs in bed upon arrival, and wanting to charge for stains? And wash only if necessary? And that you as a guest has got to pay the cost extra related to that. That being said, woman manager is nice and friendly. The hotel is a nice budget hotel, and we would have chose it again if it hadn't been for the charge they intended to do, and I would have given them higher score as well.

We had booked this hotel online, but when we got to the hotel, turns out that they were overbooked. They gave us two separate rooms instead. Reception is slow. After that was sorted out, we hoped everything else would be fine, but no. The floor in the bathroom was wet. There were stains on the walls, curtains were dirty. Even more, the bathroom does not have a drain in the shower so when you shower the water leaks everywhere it's horrendous. The shower floor was cracked and bumpy. (Why would the shower floor have bumps? Weird design) The bathroom is very narrow, it's hard to sit on the toilet and not bump your knees on the wall. Don't go here. The pool isn't that great anyways.

If you are expecting a resort like hotel... pls look away but as a budget hotel class, it’s ok. No breakfast or anything but basic amenities are there. Pool, WiFi, daily housekeeping, decent sized bathrooms, beds, rooms are kinda small but it’ll do. If you are with a family and are expecting hotel services, dont. It’s near the MRT and surrounding areas with food and massage are abt a 5 minute walk away.

Having confirmed (by phone)that everything was ok w my reservation I was astonished when I was told that had no room because of overbooking! They tried to send to another place (a real dump) and after I’ve refused to stay there I was left in their tiny reception looking for other options by myself. DO NOT BELIEVE IN THE PICS. THEIR FAKE.
